Ticket Policy & Event Photography 

Due to the nature of this event, tickets are non-refundable. However, if you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer or gift your ticket to someone else. Simply email us with the new attendee’s name for security purposes.

Please note that professional photographers will be present throughout the event to capture the experience. By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in event photos which may be used for promotion of future events.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel due to severe weather, we’ll provide as much notice as possible, and all tickets will be fully refunded.
